Gracie Barra Abilene Team members Jeremy Hoover and Hayden Hill both won their divisions in No Gi this past weekend in Austin, TX. Congrats to them and everyone else who went out and stepped on the mats. The results are a reflection of the hard training you all put in leading up to the tournament. Videos of the event will be posted soon. Let’s get ready for the next tournament, start training hard !!!

Starting Tuesday July 27th Gracie Barra Abilene will add Competition training to the class schedule Every Tuesday and Thursday at 8 p.m. This class will be intense and cover a lot of scenarios involved in competing. We will cover One Topic per class and train that area with high intensity !!! If you plan on competing this year, be there !
